The eye, the world, the difference - Not to be forgotten

I dedicate this page not to an artist but rather to some kids who have lost their lives in a way that should have never happened, the victims of nonsense and intolerance, violence from guns and drugs.
I only hope that our government, the so-called “Government of the people”, will seriously start to do something here in America to avoid these problems, once and forever. If America is the richest country in the world, why is there so much poverty and injustice? Why not start taking care of our problems before playing “God” somewhere else? Artists are not like politicians and have nothing to gain speaking the truth.

Verse - Deja Vu ?

In the past few years, I have seen a dramatic change in lifestyle and principles. Learning, studying, writing, reading, have become a non-necessity of life, while quality and creativity have become a luxury.
For the past 50 years, the world has experienced at least two genocides and still today we are at war. I wish that we could love each other regardless of color or religion, so we could create an honest world based on what we really need instead of wasting our time in stupidity.
Life has become much more stressful due to the pressure of media in general and the modernism of society. In many ways, technology did not benefit humans giving us the world of computers, for example. Unfortunately, this amazing tool has not been used properly, and its potential for learning has been denigrated too often.
In design, health and lifestyle in general, mediocrity has replaced quality, and longevity and profitability are now a priority. That is what I see, so I decided to say what I feel and maybe that will have some positive impact.
In the end, the most important thing is to be happy and love. JFK said once that we are all born the same way and we all have something in common, which is our mortality.
I wrote this almost 15 years ago and today I feel sad to see that I was right. I wish I had been wrong, but HOPE is something you should never give up to.
